We picked 20,000 random birth moments, spread evenly between 1950 and 2010, and calculated each chart with the same rules as our calculator. So these numbers describe births spread randomly through time. They ignore real seasonal swings in birth rates, but that barely changes the order.
Types
Generators and Manifesting Generators together make up 68% of charts, because all it takes is a defined Sacral, which happens a lot. The Reflector is the rarest, since none of the 36 channels can be complete. With 26 positions in play, that rarely happens.
Authorities
Emotional authority covers more than half of all people. It outranks every other authority: once the emotional center is defined, it is the one that counts, whatever the rest of the chart looks like. The two willpower authorities (manifested and projected) are the rarest, under 1% each.
Profiles
Profiles fall into two very clear groups: six at around 14% and six at around 2%. The reason is mechanical. Your two Suns are always about 88 degrees apart, so the line of your unconscious Sun depends heavily on the line of your conscious Sun. Some pairs come up almost every time, others only when the Sun sits right on the border between two lines.
Definitions
Split definition (two islands) is the most common, ahead of single definition. Quadruple split is even rarer than being a Reflector.
