1. Who sells
Cartaora products are provided by Jules Sabot, acting as an individual (see the legal notice). Contact : contact@cartaora.fr.
Payment is processed by Gumroad, Inc. (San Francisco, United States), acting as reseller: it sends you the receipt and applies your local VAT. Its own terms apply to the payment; these terms apply to what you receive from Cartaora.
2. What you buy
Personalised digital content, calculated and written from the charts you choose: full compatibility (single or pack of 5), full solo reading, full couple reading, Founder pass, and monthly or yearly subscription. What each product includes is described on its page at the time of purchase. The basic chart stays free, with no sign-up.
Human Design is not a science. Our content offers ideas to test: it replaces no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include all taxes, in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Payment is made in one go, on Gumroad’s secure page. We never see your card details. The receipt is emailed to you.
4. Access to your purchase
Your purchase is linked to the Cartaora account with the same email. Compatibility credits are available right away. A full reading is written within minutes of choosing your chart, then kept in your account. If a reading cannot be written, we retry; if the problem persists, we refund you.
5. Right of withdrawal
Our products are digital content supplied immediately. When paying, you expressly ask for this immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, and the equivalent rules in your country). Without this consent, the purchase cannot go through.
Cartaora still refunds you for 14 days after your purchase (30 days for the Founder pass), with one email to contact@cartaora.fr, no reason needed: this is a commercial guarantee, on top of the law.
6. Subscription
The subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan, until you stop it. You can stop it at any time, in one click from your account or by email: it stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no further charge. Unused “Ask your chart” questions do not roll over from one month to the next.
7. Founder pass
The Founder pass is paid once. “For life” means for as long as the Cartaora service exists. What it includes is described on its page. Places are limited; the counter shown is authoritative.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the site running and the calculations accurate (NASA/JPL ephemerides). We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The choices you make based on our content remain yours.
9. Disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. The consumer mediator is being appointed: their details will be listed here.
